National Center for Transgender Equality (NCTE)

NCTE brought in Kayley from 2021 to 2022 to evolve their online brand and rebuild trust with the trans community while promoting the US Trans Survey. She developed and implemented a digital media content strategy that showcased their commitment to racial justice, economic justice, and uplifting the most marginalized voices. She helped recruit over 30,000 people to take the US Trans Survey.

Sins Invalid Disability Justice Performance Collective

Kayley led marketing efforts for Sins Invalid's first-ever digital show "We Love Like Barnacles: Crip Lives in Climate Chaos," selling 1,000 tickets and building awareness for connections between disability justice and climate justice. She promoted their 7 performers through traditional and social media.

As the Senior Email Strategist at Greenpeace USA, Kayley directed online advocacy and fundraising efforts for numerous campaigns. The #BreakFreeFromPlastics campaign led to corporations including Aramark, Starbucks, and Kroger committing to reducing single-use plastic.

National LGBTQ Task Force

Kayley oversaw digital elements of a brand evolution with a new name, logo/visuals, and an updated mission demonstrating increased commitment to racial justice. She also transitioned the organization to a new CRM and digital fundraising strategy, increasing donations by 25%.
